30 Day Return/Exchange Policy
At CanadianTrinkets.com, we are certain that you will enjoy the quality of our handcrafted jewelry. In the unlikely event you are not 100% satisfied with your jewelry purchase, you may follow the steps below to return the item for an exchange or full refund minus shipping and handling charges.
Obtain a Return Authorization Code
Before sending us any returns, you must inform us by email to receive a return authorization code. Once this code has been given to you, you may proceed to return the jewelry. A code may be retrieved by email by contacting us at orders@canadiantrinkets.com
Prepare the items for return
Secure the jewelry item(s), along with the original packaging in a plain box for return shipping. Include a printed copy of the return authorization email you receive from us in the box as well.
Shipment
All returns sent to us should be sent via a shipping method where package tracing is offered. We highly recommend you insure your package against theft or loss. Within Canada, we recommend Canada Post for return shipments.
Once received
Returns will be inspected to ensure the items are in the original condition before a refund or exchange will be offered. Once the item(s) pass inspection, CanadianTrinkets.com will refund the full cost of the item(s) excluding shipping and handling.
Conditions of Return
1. Packages without a return authorization number will not be accepted.
2. Items must be returned in the same contition they were sent from CanadianTrinkets.com within 30 days. Items sent after this date will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
3. Damaged, modified, or items showing signs of wear will not be accepted for return.
4. Custom orders will not be accepted for return.
